  • If you work at a desk all day, take a break every hour of the day to stand and move around
  • Get a high quality, firm bed and pillow that fits the curvature of your body
  • Get a sit-stand workstation if you can afford one, or if your work can invest in one for you
  • Stretching/Yoga
  • Icing the painful area to reduce swelling
